Customer Account Application Terms.

Approval is manual

Every new application starts as PENDING. Terra decides the final account type, customer segment, pricing group, permissions and account status. Approval does not automatically grant credit.

Accurate information and authority

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and be authorised to apply for any company named in the application.

Protected Terra research

Verified cross-reference relationships, alternative part numbers, application mappings, serial mappings, complete service-kit contents, quantities and related Terra research are proprietary commercial information.

Use of protected information

Approved users may use protected information for legitimate purchasing, fleet, maintenance or approved resale activity. Without written permission, scraping, systematic extraction, bulk copying, publication, sale, redistribution, creation of a competing database or credential sharing is prohibited.

Pricing and tax

A search, application or displayed price is not by itself a concluded sale. Final pricing, stock, freight and fitment remain subject to written confirmation and Terra Terms of Sale. The platform does not implement or promise automatic 0% VAT treatment.

Cross-border customers

Customers outside South Africa may apply. Cross-border customers are CASH ONLY and are not eligible for a Terra credit facility. Customs, freight, duties, destination-country taxes and other cross-border requirements are handled separately where applicable.

Privacy and communication

Transactional account communications may be sent electronically. Optional direct marketing is separate. Personal information is processed according to the Customer Account Privacy Notice.

Law

These application terms operate under South African law, including the applicable POPIA, PAIA, ECTA and CPA framework. Credit agreements are outside this application and will be dealt with separately.
